Forest Lea Trail Run

Located in the heart of the Laurentian Valley, northwest of Ottawa, lies the Forest Lea trails. The trail system lies on crown land, and consists of over 32km of single track trails that are tight, technical, rocky, and rooty. This is an advanced recreational trail system. Even “easy” trails contain obstacles. Challenge yourself in one of 2 distances, 10 km or 25 km. Both races start with a double track section to spread out the group, and then spend the rest of the time in the tight trails. There is also a 3 km introduction to trail running event free for kids!

Due to the limited parking at the venue, the number of participants for  combined for the 10 km and 25 km are capped at 150 runners. The 3 km event is capped at 25 participants.
